Lemon, Ginger, Apple Cider Vinegar Cleansing Morning Warm Drink

I can’t say enough about this simple morning detox and cleanse drink!! 🍋

 

Ignite your digestion, improve your metabolism and support your overnight cellular detoxification by enjoying this lovely gut and health supportive warm drink each morning on an empty stomach. 🌟 


You really have to try this and it’s so easy to make!


1. Boil filtered water and pour into your favorite morning mug
2. Add half an organic lemon squeezed. (Tip- clean and grate your organic lemon, use some of the shavings and keep the rest in the freezer.)
3. Add a teaspoon of organic ginger (I keep mine in the freezer).
5. Add a splash of Bragg's organic apple cider vinegar.

 

TIP- If you like to prepare all of this ahead of time you can peel a ginger, squeeze six lemons, out half a cup of apple cider vinegar into a blender and pour the contents into ice cube trays to use each day) for ease!


Try this amazing easy drink each morning and you will notice dramatic improvements in your gut, skin, hair, and overall health. 😀
