Ingredients:
8 oz Filtered Hot Water
One squeezed Lemon
3 Ginger Slices
1 Cinnamon Stick or tspn Ground Cinnamon
1 Tspn Ground Turmeric Powder
1 Tspn Cloves
Dash of Cayenne Pepper
Dash of Black Pepper
1 Tspn Raw Pure Honey
Preparation:
Just fill up a large mason jar with 4-8 oz of hot water, add in juice from one lemon, add some slices too.
I like to grate the lemon skin to get the limonene terpenes (essence) of the lemon.
Add in 3 crushed ginger slices, a cinnamon stick, teaspoon of turmeric powder, teaspoon of
cloves, dash of cayenne pepper, dash of black pepper, (for absorption of turmeric), a teaspoon of raw honey.
